• Staffing Solutions: Executive recruitment, contract staffing, promotional manpower, and payroll administration.

Specific deliverables, milestones, and payment terms for commercial engagements are governed by separate written contracts or proposals signed between PRindia and the respective client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content presented on this website—including but not limited to text, logos, custom graphics, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software code—is the exclusive property of PRindia or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon full settlement of invoices for custom client projects (such as logo designs, marketing collateral, or custom interior blueprints), intellectual property rights for final deliverables transfer to the respective client as stipulated in their individual service agreement.
